We want customers to shop with confidence. This Returns Policy explains how returns are handled for purchases made through PawCart UK.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please contact PawCart UK before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

2. Return Conditions

Where applicable, returned products should:

  • Include all supplied parts and accessories

  • Be securely packaged

  • Include sufficient information for us to identify your order

  • Not have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and functioning

Where the value of goods has been reduced because of unnecessary handling, we may make an appropriate deduction where permitted by law.

These conditions do not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

3. Pet Food, Treats and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

PawCart UK sells pet-related products that may include pet food, treats, supplements, grooming products, hygiene products, and other consumable or sealed goods.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where an applicable legal exception applies.

  • Perishable goods

  • Opened pet food or treats where applicable

  • Sealed hygiene-sensitive products after they have been unsealed where the applicable legal conditions are met

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

  • Missing important components

please contact PawCart UK as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number, details of the problem, and photographs or video where reasonably helpful.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

5. Dropshipped Products and Return Addresses

Some products sold by PawCart UK are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or fulfilment partners.

As a result, the correct return address may be different from our registered/business contact address or the address appearing on the parcel.

You must contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Do not automatically return products to 48 Sandown Road, Belfast, BT5 6GY unless PawCart UK specifically instructs you to do so.

Sending a return to an unauthorised address may cause delays in processing your return.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where the required information has been provided.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products, return costs and remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable statutory rights.
